Shipping Information

Shipping:

Most items will ship via USPS; however, wreaths and other bulk items may ship via UPS.  All items are shipped from San Antonio, Texas. 

When will my item ship?

Most orders ship within 3 weeks, if not sooner. *Orders may be delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, different shipping/billing address information, or availability of the product.

Due to the Holiday seasons from October through December, it might take a bit longer to process your orders. I process orders in the same order they are received. If you need your items by a specific date, please be sure to order with plenty of time.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order has shipped, you will receive notice via email.

My Order Arrived Damaged, What Do I Do?

Please contact me within 24 hours of your package being marked as "delivered" at sandyscreations561@gmail.com Please include a picture of the damaged item, your order number, and we can discuss how to proceed from there.
